Stakeholder-Mapping Reuss

On behalf of WWF Switzerland, Brugger + Partner carried out a stakeholder mapping of the economic operators in the Reuss catchment area. Water protection is a core issue for WWF, which aims to work more closely together with economic operators in this area. Brugger + Partner developed a stakeholder analysis methodology tested in two pilot areas along the Reuss. This methodology enables the efficient identification of relevant economic operators in selected river catchment areas and provides insights into their impact. The methodology can be replicated independently of Brugger + Partner in other areas and for other environmental protection issues with a manageable amount of effort – an important prerequisite for the long-term benefits of the project. The project identified potential cooperation partners, allowing WWF Switzerland to pursue the next steps internally.
