Transformation of Vision 2050+ Knonauer Amt into a strategy

Brugger + Partner supported the Knonauer Amt location promotion agency in elaborating its strategy. The results of prior workshops with stakeholders served as the foundation. The strategy included a vision with guiding principles, objectives, and derived measures, along with an evaluation of their urgency and effectiveness. The three dimensions of sustainability – economic, social, and environmental – were used as a reference model.
