Workspace strategy

Brugger + Partner supported the city of Wädenswil in developing its work zone management. The process began with a detailed inventory of the work zones and their setup to provide a comprehensive overview of their current state and potential, as well as to prioritise them. A pragmatic approach was then developed for the prioritised zones, including fields of action, tasks, and measures, firmly positioning the tasks within the organisation. The work focused on addressing key questions: Which tasks are critical for managing the work zones? Who is responsible for which tasks? How are processes organised? What are the interactions of the various departments within the city of Wädenswil? We also examined ways to enhance cooperation with external stakeholders such as companies and real estate developers.
