Strategy development

AVAG developed its materiality matrix together with Brugger + Partner. Brugger + Partner assisted AVAG in utilising the cubemos ESG platform, which gathers information based on double materiality and data for calculating standard KPIs. Using this information, a pragmatic sustainability roadmap was crafted through workshops. We also worked with AVAG to create a material and energy flow diagram.
