Initialisation of sustainability management and reporting

Brugger + Partner supported Europe's leading parquet manufacturer in embedding sustainability throughout the company. The first step focused on defining the key sustainability topics as part of a multi-stakeholder process and developing targets and measures in a detailed sustainability roadmap. A cross-functional sustainability committee headed by the CEO was set up to systematically advance sustainability management. Finally, the group integrated sustainability as a key topic in the group strategy and vision. We also worked with the company to produce a total of four GRI-compliant sustainability reports, for which we also prepared the environmental and social indicators.
