Sustainability integration coaching
Since 2010, Brugger + Partner has advised Coca-Cola HBC Switzerland, the Swiss bottler of beverages from The Coca-Cola Company and Valser mineral water, on the strategic integration of sustainability, stakeholder engagement, and sustainability reporting.
The company published its first report in 2012 in close cooperation with Brugger + Partner. Since then, we have repeatedly reviewed, adapted, and restructured the reporting concept to align with the client's needs. We also support topic selection, content collection, and the drafting of the report in English.
Additionally, Brugger + Partner has developed comprehensive stakeholder mapping, conducted materiality assessments for GRI-compliant reporting, and designed and moderated stakeholder and supplier workshops.
