Endemic disease strategy

Brugger + Partner served as an external project advisor to the Federal Office of Public Health (FOPH) in developing and planning the implementation of the strategy for preventing and controlling Covid-19 and other viral respiratory diseases from 2021 to 2023. We supported the project manager in terms of both content and methodology, acting as a sparring partner and providing input for project planning, management, and execution. Our support included preparing, organising, and evaluating stakeholder workshops, along with other workshops and meetings; drafting report components; undertaking editorial tasks; and methodologically preparing and analysing the stakeholder consultation process.
