Management of the Equality4Tourism business office

Together with the Tourism Research Center of the University of Bern (CRED-T) and GetDiversity, Brugger + Partner initiated a project to promote greater equality in tourism. This effort led to the establishment of the Equality4Tourism (E4T) association, aimed at fostering authentic employees, passionate teams, enthusiastic guests, and successful employers in the tourism sector. E4T was founded by six members: Swiss Youth Hostels, HotellerieSuisse, Swiss Federal Railways (SBB), Switzerland Tourism, Swiss Travel Association, and the zfv gastronomy group. Brugger + Partner manages the business office on behalf of E4T and contributes to content-related tasks, such as the "Equality Report Swiss Tourism – Gender Parity in Tourism". Additional responsibilities include organising and coordinating the project team and board, planning and hosting events, acquiring and supporting members, and managing budget and resource planning.
