Stakeholder consultation and materiality assessment

Brugger + Partner supported the Helvetia Group in reviewing its material sustainability challenges and opportunities. As part of this process, Brugger + Partner conducted over 20 guided interviews with representatives from various stakeholder groups and, in collaboration with Helvetia's sustainability manager, adapted the existing materiality matrix and developed possible strategic action measures for the executive management.
