CAS in Real Estate Development

Brugger + Partner teaches in the CAS in Real Estate Development programme at the Lucerne University of Applied Sciences and Arts. This programme equips students to analyse locations and markets, create target-group-specific utilisation concepts, plan effective marketing and sales strategies, and successfully implement construction projects. The target group includes specialists and managers from architecture, investment, finance, project development, marketing, and operations, as well as experts from other disciplines involved in real estate investment, management, development, and brokerage. In the Space and Location module, Brugger + Partner explores how spatial dynamics function, what makes locations successful, and how to develop forward-looking spatial perspectives and utilisation concepts.
