Programme management of CAS in Sustainable Leadership and Transformation

The transition to sustainable development requires a broad base of change agents across a wide range of levels and functions within a company, equipped with strong personalities, subject-matter expertise, and positive visions to drive internal organisational change. This highly practice-oriented CAS, designed by Brugger + Partner for the University of Applied Sciences in Business Administration Zurich and first implemented in 2023, targets such individuals. Participants in the programme gain knowledge and methods to initiate, foster, and advance transformation and the necessary structural and cultural changes within their organisations and through collaborations and partnerships. Additionally, they develop on a personal level and network with dedicated peers and instructors. The programme emphasises agile and collaborative methods for tackling both hypothetical and real-world business cases.
