Säntispark concept study

Brugger + Partner participated as a jury member in a concept study for the further development of Säntispark Abtwil, commissioned by the Migros Cooperative Eastern Switzerland (MCES). In response to shifting leisure and consumer behaviours and the investment needs of the existing facility, MCES sought an innovative approach to site development. Three interdisciplinary teams specialising in spatial planning, project development, economics, and trend research were invited to create a long-term vision for the investments. The study aimed to uncover the spatial, functional, and economic potential of the site, foster synergies between existing uses, and incorporate new areas of utilisation. Brugger + Partner, as a jury member and expert in economics, provided insights during several workshops, contributing to the forward-looking development of Säntispark.
