Real estate strategy

Together with Metron, Brugger + Partner elaborated a strategy for the medium- and long-term development of approximately 300 properties owned by the municipality of Ilanz/Glion, which became assets of the newly merged municipality. We guided the municipality's project group, provided several expert contributions, and ensured the results were well-documented. Our key services included process design and implementation, an analysis of the property portfolio and anticipated future usage requirements, and the elaboration of a location and development concept alongside group strategies and property-specific strategies. We also created implementation plans comprising work aids, tools, and a catalogue of measures; facilitated and evaluated workshops; and developed the final report.
