Stakeholder dialogue and materiality assessment

Brugger + Partner supported Implenia's sustainability department in designing and conducting stakeholder dialogues. Through two interactive workshops with internal and external stakeholders, relevant sustainability topics were identified and presented in a materiality matrix for the sustainability report. The process greatly benefited from an open discussion culture, facilitated by digital anonymous voting, independent moderation by Brugger + Partner, and the CEO's active involvement, enabling constructive discussions on even controversial topics. The insights gained helped Implenia to effectively align its sustainability strategy.
