Impulse strategy for the Vaduz retail sector
Brugger + Partner developed a strategy with key measures to strengthen retail in Vaduz, commissioned by Standortmarketing Vaduz, the location promotion office. Brick-and-mortar retail in Vaduz faces significant challenges, further intensified by the covid pandemic. Brugger + Partner engaged with stakeholders to identify main challenges, shared interests, opportunities, and potentials. An ideas workshop followed, where participants gathered and prioritised ideas and defined a package of measures. The workshop results were documented, refined, and organised into four strategic directions with seven proposed measures aimed at reinforcing Vaduz's retail sector in both the short and long term, ensuring its future viability.
