Coordination of Schweighof Kriens site development
In 2009, Brugger + Partner was commissioned by the landowner – a community of heirs – to conduct a site analysis and potential analysis for a 67,000m² property in South Lucerne. Through a cooperative development planning process, a coherent site strategy was developed, aligning well with the local and regional context. The realisation of the project was undertaken by the community of heirs in collaboration with selected investor partners. With our support, a targeted investor approach successfully engaged prestigious institutions such as Suva, the Lucerne Pension Fund, and the PKG Pension Fund as project partners. Sustainable real estate development was a consistent priority for the community of heirs, who have owned the site for over a century. Brugger + Partner supported the investor community in obtaining the 2000-Watt Site label. We continue to be responsible for overall project coordination and management (management bodies, communication strategy, engagement with users, etc.).
