2022-2026 legislative goals

Brugger + Partner supported the municipality of Riehen in defining its legislative goals within the framework of a new management model. We conducted a coordinated strategy process, starting with a comprehensive analysis of Riehen's environment and an in-depth assessment of its strengths, weaknesses, and challenges. In the next step, we consolidated and prioritised both existing and new strategies to align them with the legislative goals. A particular focus was placed on integrating sustainability into the legislative goals for the first time. For Riehen, the formulation of new legislative goals and the introduction of the new management model presented a unique opportunity to pragmatically advance municipal management with a sustainability focus. The new legislative goals contribute to the United Nations' Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
