Sustainability strategy and reporting

Bossard, a Swiss family-owned company specialising in industrial fastening and assembly technology, decided in 2019 to reorganise and strategically integrate its sustainability management. Brugger + Partner supported Bossard throughout this process, which began in 2020 with a multi-day design thinking workshop jointly organised by both parties. The workshop resulted in a sustainability vision and four focus areas, refining the company's internal understanding of sustainability and enabling the establishment of priorities within its sustainability management. We then assisted Bossard in developing measures, prioritising projects, and enhancing sustainability communication. This included preparing its first sustainability report for 2020. We assessed the current state, drafted the content, and supported the groupwide collection and calculation of social and environmental key figures.
