Development of a sustainability roadmap

Working with Oettinger Davidoff's sustainability project team, Brugger + Partner identified and prioritised key sustainability issues at the production sites in the Dominican Republic and Nicaragua, laying the foundation for a comprehensive sustainability roadmap. For each measure, goals and KPIs were defined, and responsibilities assigned. Concurrently, Brugger + Partner assisted the client in establishing an integrated sustainability organisation, coordinated by a corporate responsibility steering committee at the executive management level. Brugger + Partner also guided the company in developing sustainability reporting tailored to its key stakeholders.
