Patrimonium Asset Management – Preparation for SFDR compliance

In 2022, Brugger + Partner supported Patrimonium Asset Management in preparing for the EU rules on sustainable investments under the Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation (SFDR). In a first step, we briefed the team on the regulatory requirements. This was followed by an in-depth analysis of the sustainability performance of selected portfolio companies. Based on these findings, Brugger + Partner outlined the steps Patrimonium needed to take to develop an Article 8 or Article 9 fund in compliance with the SFDR.
