Market benchmarking for sustainability and gap analysis

This Swiss bank conducted biennial benchmarking to identify emerging topics and trends in environment, society, governance, and products. Brugger + Partner developed the methodology for this benchmarking and performed four analyses between 2011 and 2019. The findings were consolidated into a gap analysis, and proposals for further development, inspired by observed best practices, were discussed within a multidisciplinary working group.
