Evaluation of Team Switzerland Infrastructure

SECO's Promotion Activities Directorate commissioned Brugger + Partner to evaluate the first phase of the Federal Council's mandate to improve Swiss companies' access to (major) infrastructure projects abroad (2021–2023), implemented as Team Switzerland Infrastructure. The evaluation examined the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, efficiency, impact, and sustainability of the mandate's strategic and operational elements, the national/regional market development approach, the implementation strategy, and the governance of the overall mandate. Brugger + Partner conducted interviews with members of Team Switzerland Infrastructure and presented the final report to its steering committee, comprising representatives from four federal offices, three industry associations, SERV, and S-GE.
