Management events on business excellence

Suva is a unique entity in the Swiss insurance market, successfully integrating prevention, insurance, and rehabilitation under one roof for over 100 years. Brugger + Partner supported the corporate development department in planning and organising the annual management event focused on business excellence (based on EFQM). Our contributions included developing and refining the forum's content, identifying and briefing external speakers, and collaborating with Docmine Productions to conduct video interviews with internal and external stakeholders leading up to the event. These interviews aimed to assess the current and target states within various EFQM areas. During the event, we facilitated the interactive panel discussion. Post-event, we supported the evaluation process and the planning and implementation of follow-up measures, ensuring that the discussed topics were effectively integrated into the ongoing development process.
