Strategy and reporting process

Brugger + Partner supported SVA Aargau in the development of its sustainability strategy and the reporting process. SVA Aargau is an independent, public-law company of the Canton of Aargau and offers all ten Pillar 1 social insurance schemes from a single source on behalf of the federal government and the canton. At the outset, we guided the company through a materiality assessment in which the relevant sustainability issues were identified and evaluated. The management then defined an ambition for each topic. At the same time, the current performance record and relevant data were collected for each topic. With our support, SVA Aargau also developed a roadmap with targets and measures as well as governance for future sustainability management. All results were incorporated into the combined 2023 annual report (incl. GRI index), which we supported with conceptual and editorial work.
