Tourism strategy of the Canton of Graubünden
Brugger + Partner supported the Graubünden Economic Development and Tourism Agency (AWT) in developing a cantonal tourism strategy. The process was conducted in three phases. In the first phase, existing strategic assets were reviewed, and the need for strategic action was identified. The second phase addressed key strategic questions and gaps. Based on these insights, the third phase defined the strategy and its implementation. The strategy was developed in close collaboration with the AWT and an advisory group comprising representative stakeholders from Graubünden's tourism sector. This process resulted in the first cantonal tourism strategy, which was adopted and published by the government, providing a clear framework and guidance for tourism stakeholders.
