Implementation programmes of the Canton of Uri's New Regional Policy

Brugger + Partner supported the Department of Economic Affairs of the Canton of Uri in developing four-year implementation programmes under the framework of the New Regional Policy (2008-2011, 2012-2015, 2016-2019, 2020-2023, and 2024-2027 periods). Brugger + Partner served as a sparring partner for the creation and updating of the programmes, while the lead role remained with the Department of Economic Affairs. Our contributions included supporting process design and implementation, assisting with meeting preparations, and moderating and evaluating workshops. In terms of content, we drafted individual chapters for the overall programme and maintained a clear thread from the initial analysis to the strategic priorities. Through this coaching role, Brugger + Partner consistently facilitated the successful and cost-efficient development of the programmes.
