ZFV – Stakeholder survey and materiality assessment

Brugger + Partner initially supported ZFV in conducting a materiality assessment following the concept of double materiality. Alongside financial materiality and impact materiality dimensions, we also evaluated stakeholders' perspectives on key sustainability issues. This involved exploratory interviews with key business customers, supplemented by an online survey targeting a broader group of stakeholders (cooperative members, end customers, NGOs, suppliers, etc.). Following the materiality assessment, we supported ZFV in developing a sustainability strategy. This strategy established ambitions, goals, measures, and key metrics for the identified material topics.
