Vision for Gretag site in Regensdorf

Brugger + Partner supported Pensimo Management AG in developing a vision for the redevelopment of the Gretag site in Regensdorf, aiming to transform it into a vibrant, mixed-use urban quarter. Initially, a vision outlining the objectives for the next 10 to 20 years and the steps to achieve them was created. Our support involved two key areas: 1) conducting a regional site analysis to establish essential foundations, and 2) designing and facilitating a focused process, incorporating and critically assessing external expert contributions. During two workshops, scenarios were devised and subsequently consolidated into a unified vision. The outcomes were summarised in a final report to guide Pensimo Management AG in its ongoing planning efforts.
